Yesterday, MediaTakeOut.com showed you a video of a woman with AIDS who claims to have been GIVING IT OUT to unsuspecting men. Well since then we've been INUNDATED with tips on the woman's identity.

First off, some people have been QUESTIONING whether this woman really has AIDS or is just playing. Well we here at MediaTakeOut.com don't PLAY WITH AIDS. If that chick is claiming to have THE MONSTER, we believe her!!!

Now onto her identity. Well a number of MediaTakeOut.com readers went to the site being advertised on the video and noticed that her PHOTO was on it - without the mask. You can tell by the tat, that the woman in the photo is in fact her.

AND THERE'S MORE. Another MediaTakeOut.com snitch from DETROIT claims to know the woman. Dude claims that he CONTRACTED the virus from this woman and her name is Jackie and she's from DETROIT.

We've contacted the Detroit police department and passed on this information.
